First Impressions: A Pig, a Parking Lot, and Two Very Excited Kids
We arrived around 3PM on a Saturday and were genuinely surprised to find the lot already packed. Clearly the word is out. The moment we stepped out of the car, we were immediately greeted by a very confident pig — and honestly, that set exactly the right tone.
The outdoor enclosure is well-maintained, clean, and noticeably pleasant. The animals all look healthy and cared-for, and the overall vibe is a far cry from the tired, sad-looking farm experiences you sometimes encounter. Our twins took one look around and immediately started running in opposite directions. Business as usual.
The outdoor zone acts as a warm-up before heading inside — kids can roam, point at animals, and start getting excited before the proper activities begin.
The Unlimited Feed Refill Secret You Need to Know
Once you head inside, the staff walks you through the whole setup — genuinely warm and patient, which matters a lot when you've got two small children in tow. Each animal zone comes with appropriate feed (carrots, greens), and there's an extremely good tip that most visitors probably don't know going in.
Leevo's Hot Tip: Leave a Naver receipt review for the farm and the staff will offer you unlimited feed refills at no extra cost. No more awkward "can we get another basket?" moments, and no extra charges per round.
At most similar venues — indoor animal cafes, petting farms — extra feed costs a few thousand won per basket. It adds up fast. Here, the kids could feed the rabbits carrots with tongs, watch the ducks splash around, and just lose themselves in it completely — no budget anxiety on our end whatsoever.
Stag Beetles, Giant Larvae & One Slightly Terrified Mom
This is the section that gives the farm its name — and it genuinely earns it. Inside, there's a dedicated zone where kids can observe and interact with live insects: stag beetles, rhinoceros beetles, and some impressively large larvae that look straight out of a David Attenborough documentary.
Our twins had absolutely zero hesitation and were handling everything immediately. I personally was maintaining calm from a safe distance. Fully composed. Fine.
There are also reptiles to observe in this zone — a welcome bonus for kids who are already past being impressed by beetles alone. The staff are present throughout and attentive about how each child is engaging with the animals.
The Cypress Play Room: Underrated and Genuinely Good
Right in the middle of the indoor area is a cypress wood play zone — and this is the detail that tells you the place was actually designed with kids (and parents) in mind.
There are cypress cubes, building blocks, and a soft shoes-off area where little ones can roll around without risk. It's not a large-scale kids' café — don't expect something massive — but everything included is something kids actually want, and the natural cedar scent throughout is a genuinely lovely bonus.
Making Something to Take Home — the Part They'll Remember
After the animals and play room, the final stop is the craft table — and this is what turns a fun afternoon into an actual memory. We went with insect fossil making and keychain crafting this visit. Other options like deform blocks and coloring are available depending on the day.
The activities are pitched exactly right for small hands — focused enough to require concentration, simple enough that they can complete something and feel proud of it. Watching the twins go full tongue-out-concentration mode while crafting was its own reward.
Leaving with something you made yourself is what makes a visit stick in a kid's memory long after the car ride home. It's a small thing that makes a real difference.
